1950 Mercury Eight Station Wagon

I got this model as a built-up from eBay.

It's the very rare Aurora Mod Squad Wagon.

I was fortunate to get it for a very good price.

An interesting fact is that the instructions for the kit refer to it as a '49, while the box art calls it a '51. Actually, it's neither. It's a 1950.
