This is a promo made by AMT.
It was released in 1995 when promos were enjoying a resurgence in interest.
I bought this one along with two others at a hobby shop in northwest Arkansas.
It came with some small stickers for detailing. It has a screw bottom which will make it easier to add additional detailing.
